It includes chairs for 125 guests that can be seated at round tables and/or banquets with additional tables for food, display, drinks, or desserts. Set it up however you like! Chair upgrades are also available. Add on sidewalls (extra fee), if needed for a spring or late fall event. Also ask us about linen options! (125 people can be seated using a combination of round & banquet tables, with a few tables left over for other purposes). See diagram below for ideas for a 40x60 tent.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
(1) 40x60 Pole Tent
(15) 60" Round Tables
(125) White Vinyl Chairs (can upgrade to white padded chairs)
(5) 8ft Banquet Tables
*Items in this packaged cannot be changed. But you are able to add additional items to the package, if needed, such as additional tables, chairs, bar, cocktail tables, etc. If this package does not meet your needs we are happy to create a custom quote for your event.
This tent must be staked in the ground. Flat set up space needed 50x70ft. Truck/trailer access to within 50ft of tent site.
Chairs/Tables should be restacked and kept under the tent for pick up, unless tear down service is requested (extra fee/based upon availability).
